Obama Holiday

In central Alabama's Perry County you can now celebrate The Barack Obama Day which has been approved for the second Monday in November. Commissioners passed a measure that would close county offices for the new annual holiday and its roughly 40 workers will get a paid day off.

Even though I don't live in Alabama, I'm looking forward to celebrating next November!

I will also be celebrating every single day after Jan. 20 as "The Return To Sanity" for our nation.

Rose, I believe there's a whole nation of us who will be celebrating along with you!

January 20th, 2009 is truly the end of an error!
